As a pretreatment termiticide, the active ingredient in BIFEN XTS boasts the longest residual in the industry—proven to remain effective for over 20 years. While non-repellent products can allow termites to penetrate treated areas and potentially cause structural damage, any termites that come in contact with an area treated with BIFEN XTS are eliminated before they can breach the barrier.

The active ingredient in BIFEN XTS, bifenthrin, binds tightly to organic matter in soils, making it an excellent solution for your perimeter pest and preconstruction termite treatment. And with its high-concentration, BIFEN XTS is a cost-effective alternative to competitive termite treatments.

Baseline being 3x the concentrate of talstar gives the same yield as a 3/4 gallon talstar jug. Because its more cost effective then talstar for turf, ornemantal, and termite control if doing large areas or termite barries BIFEN XTS is well worth the money. BIFEN XTS can not be used indoor.
